Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The "Try free for 14 days" button in the app, or adding a second home, starts a 14-day Hanory Plus trial. Each account can use the trial once. When it ends you are not charged; your first home stays free and extra homes become read-only.
Do I need a card to start the trial or the free plan?
No. Neither the free plan nor the 14-day trial asks for card details. You only enter payment details in Paddle checkout if you decide to buy Plus.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. After you cancel you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. None of your records are deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Your first purchase is fully refundable within 14 days, no questions asked. Yearly renewals are also refundable within 14 days of the renewal date. Details are in the refund policy.
Who processes the payment and issues the invoice?
Payments are securely processed by Paddle.com, Hanory's authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle issues your invoice by email and the charge appears on your statement starting with PADDLE.NET. Hanory never sees your card details.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards, plus methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal depending on your country and device.
What happens to my documents when Plus ends?
Nothing is deleted. You can still view and export every record; if you are above the free plan limits you simply cannot add new documents or edit extra homes.
What if the price changes?
Price changes apply only from your next billing period and are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
